i placed an order with hardcore poles on 6.22 & i still haven’t received my pole, or received a shipping notice. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif had anyone else ordered a pole from them? if so how long did it take to get your pole in? they said around 15 days before it should ship but it’s been longer than that now so i starting to wonder about them…
i got my "pole room" all set up & ready to go! & i downloaded about 100 songs that i wanna pole to, now i’m just waiting on my pole to get here so i can play : https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

i didn’t, only because i already called them & asked about install last week, i don’t wanna be that customer who won’t quit calling/emailing lol!

i dunno. i would! it’s been a while since you placed the order. maybe you could just ask them, for a tracking number or something.

Call them and ask about tracking info. They should be more than willing to help you out.

I’d bug ’em. Even if you’re worried about being the customer that never stops calling or whatever, you’re still the customer and you’ve been more than generous by waiting this long. Also, the more you call and annoy them, the more they’re going to want to satisfy you so you leave them alone. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_tongue.gif

yay! i call them & they actually are shipping it out today! yay!!!!! && they were very nice !

i will let y’all know about the pole when i get it && install it! "squeak"!!! i’m so excited!!! lol!

they actually had said "allow 3-6 weeks for delivery on custom stainless poles" but they said it usually is closer to 3 weeks, thats why i called. i was just getting curious & excited! it can take longer for the custom colored poles depending on what you get. i ordered on june 22 & i got it on july 21 so i feel that they held up their end considering its a small business (just 4 people running it) & one of the guys mothers passed away at the end of last month. i also run a small business so maybe i am just really understanding on timing issues, idk. i would totally recommend them to anyone who asked. everyone there is so so nice & the pole is nicer than any others i have seen. not to say that others are not nice too, but its very heavy duty && feels like its made really well! the flanges are a metal & a thick metal at that! they appear to be very durable! oh & it has 12 bearings, so it goes super fast! up to 16,000 RPMS!!! && the pin is not a little dinky pin that will fly out or break off. its a thick bolt that secures & doesn’t allow the pole to wiggle at all! like i said i am so very happy with the quality of my pole, it was so worth the wait! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_colors.gif

I’ve been drooling over the brass poles that they offer for ages! Glad to know that they’re a good company. Maybe one day I’ll be able to get one. Yes, make a vid so we can see your new baby!
