    Hi ladies (& gents)!

I am so excited about our upcoming event in Raleigh, NC on November 12… the Head Over Heels competition is a competition reserved for pole dance students only and has been running all year.  The November 12 event is the final round where the winners of all the prelims will go "pole-to-pole" for the chance to take home the title!

We are thrilled by all the support we've gotten and all the buzz surrounding it… even more, Rebecca Butcher will be flying in as a guest judge & performer and teaching workshops at Aradia Fitness in Cary the following day!!!

If you want to learn a little more about Head Over Heels, you can check out Aerial Amy's blog on the event here:

Rebecca Butcher was recently in South Africa and I was privileged enough to take a pole AND an aerial silks workshop with her. She is a wonderful woman, so very genuine and down to earth, and an AMAZING teacher! She wants to know what YOU want to learn, she is very good at the verbal part of instruction and her spotting is superb. I can totally recommend attending her class at Head over Heels if you can make it!!

I agree- I had a workshop w her also and loved her. I did moves w her support and encouragement that I never thought I could. She spotted me into a true grip hold that I was protesting- got up there w her and she let go of me (still spotting) and to my amazement- I had it! NEVER would I had tried w out her!
