Kind of a new member as was on here briefly almost 2 years ago as was taking lessons locally but after completion of 6 week course sadly that was the end … Have recently found a new school ecole de pole in London and will be doing at least 6 more lessons at beginner level to recap on basics and hopefully get. To my favourite spins … As previously I really loved the feeling after a lesson it was like a natural high but guess only time will tell if this was because of the class itself or pole in general

Guess the reason I wanted to come back to you guys was I would like advice has anyone tried to go back to the pole after being away for so long , just want to know what to expect and shift paranoia that I will be crap at it this time around .. As I want to learn I really do just worried I can’t pole anymore !! As now 32 going on 33 and feel 80

    Please help

Hi and welcome back!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif If you have a pole at home the lessons here are perfect for beginners and those who are looking to get back on the pole! I have placed them in a specific order, allowing you to build much needed strength! A lot of polers have been off the pole for long periods of time and managed to get their groove back!! You can too! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Thank you .. Watching lessons very helpful and looking forward to first lesson but will certainly take time first to get back in shape

Don’t have pole at home but maybe after finishing the course I will as that was the main issue last time had no where to practice and was reliant on lesson time hopefully with new studio. Can book in a lot of practice sessions

Thanks veena as helpful as always
