Hi Everyone!

I’m FocusedOne from NY and i just signed up to Studio Veena by way of youtube! I’m really excited about getting started! I haven’t gotten my pole yet but can’t wait so i guess i’m sort of pre-practicing https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif Hoping to learn alot and get some good excerise while having fun and doing something sexy and a bit forbidden! Glad to have ya here! Welcome to the family. What kind of pre-practicing are ya doing? I recommend yoga and pilates for pre-conditioning in the meantime until you get a pole. And stretch everyday while you watch tv if ya can! Yoga/Pilates/Stretching really helps to condition pretty well. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
