I am not entirely clear of what you are asking, but usually what you want to try to do is imagine trying to get your belly button as close to your back as possible.

I am also not sure where you are located, but 5 hours ago was 7am on the east coast of the states….not many people awake and online on Sunday morning at that time.

Think about the muscles you use when you cough or sneeze. Engage those and then pull in and up with your diaphragm to pull the navel back toward the spine.

That’s th part I struggle with the pulling up, lol. how do I no if I’m pulling up and not just pullin in. x

How long ago did you have your baby? Some women get abdominal muscle separation during pregnancy and it takes awhile to get back to normal. Do you think that is the case? If you’re unsure, your OB will be able to tell you if you have it or not. If you’re all clear to use your abs, I would try lying flat on your back on the floor, knees bent toward the ceiling. There should be a natural gap in your lower back when in resting position. Then, like the others said, pull your belly button to your spine (don’t suck in your tummy). Just a gentle engagement of the abdominals. The gap under your lower back should disappear. Check with your hands. You should be able to breathe in and out during this. Good luck!

Had my son 4yrs ago. Av still got a lot of loose skin on my belly which is wht I want rid of. x

Hate to break it to you but the loose skin is there to stay, it can be improved by diet and excercise but even Veena will tell you that after having bubs there will be some amount of loose skin, unless you opt for a tummy tuck!

Yea I no it’s there to stay just wana tighten it abut. My mate had bad saggy skin after her baby and she managed to tone ur up thro exercise etc. x

I used to have a really big chunk of loose skin under my belly button but after a year of working out, it’s the size of a quarter now. I don’t think it will completely go away without surgery but I consider it a warrior wound lol! I think I’ve heard trainers say to give yourself a few years of truly working out before considering surgery.
