Help I cant see videos!!
For some strange reason when i click on a video or lesson on my desk top computer i can hear the audio but see a blank screenhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif. If i scroll up and down i can see parts of the window of the video but then when i stop its white again….I'm confused because YouTube works fine and i can get SV videos on my phone. I updated windows and java…Please some one HELP!!!!!!!

Generally the simple solution is to update flash which you can do at http://www.flash.com
If you are using Internet Explorer you will have to reboot your computer and restart Internet Explorer afterwards.

I tried updating the flash…..a couple of times rebooted and all still doesn't work…any other ideas?

If updating Flash doesn't do it, generally it means that a plugin has been installed in your browser that is breaking things. The way to test this is to install a new browser such as chrome from http://www.google.com/chrome and test the videos there

Ok i can see videos on the little screen on the home page in the updates, i can even make it big and it plays just fine….but if i go to videos and click on one, i get the white screenhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif

Did you change browsers? Chrome or Firefox are both good options to test.
