Help! This is just crazy!
So I got my xpole xpert for my birthday and I ordered a 750 extension (my ceilings are 10 ft and I have pretty thick carpet). The 750 was just a tad too long. So I ordered the 500 and got that in and it’s just a tiny bit too short! What are we doing wrong? I just don’t get it. My friend was helping with the pole since it was my first, and shes put up several poles so it’s not like she’s never done it! Oh and also I tried adding the 250 with it and that was too long. I just don’t get it!

Do you realize that there is an adjustment on the bottom also?

Yes:(. On the 500 we adjusted until the bottom came off. It was too short. 750 we adjusted as far down as possible

According to the chart the 750 used alone should work or combine 500 with the 250. Ar you sure you measured the ceiling correctly? if it’s under 10 u need try the 500 with 125 that will get u 9th 10in
