Help, can’t do cross ankle pole sit
Hi, im relatively new to pole dancing. I have this problem with cross ankle pole sit, I keep sliding all the time, warm pole, grip aid, still sliding https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif I mean I have no problem doing cross knee sit and cross knee release too, but I just cant get this cross ankle sit, no matter what((( My pole is 45mm and I was wondering if this could be a problem, even though I higly doubt so (after all im sure many pole dancers do pretty much anything on 45mm). Could it be that I need more inner thigh muscle? I try to squeze as much as I can but keep sliding down anyway, and pretty fast. I would appreciate any ideas very much.
