Help me with my disaster area!
Right so, it's almost a new year and no doubt everyone will be starting resolutions to lose weight, tone up etc. I used to be really happy with my body but not so much anymore. One part of my body that annoys the hell out of me and is only a recent thing, is the grabby bits on my back. I mean, how the hell can you even get fat on your back?? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif I used to never have these and I would never have what are known as 'love handles' so naturally, I'm disgusted by these jiggly bits that have made themselves at home on my body. It's irritating because to look at me you wouldn't think I was fat but I know I definitely have more fat on my sides/back than I want. And it's actually really getting me down. I even brought it up with my trainer in the gym and although the cardio work he's set for me keeps me trim everywhere else, the love handle bits do not seem to move. It's like extra stubborn and it's horrible. It makes me feel hideous and huge even though I don't look that way to other people. So if I talk about trying to lose weight/tone up etc I'm always greeted with a tonne of ''for god sake you're not fat'' etc and people just don't seem to understand. I might not be 'fat' as such but I am meatier than I used to be and I don't like it. Does anyone know how to remove fat in this area specifically? Because I've done the cardio as suggested in the gym and it's great in the sense that my tummy was flat and everywhere else looked ok but I can still grab a handful from my hips/back?!
