I found a new move I want to work on!  No idea of what it's called.  It's at 1:53.

Anyone know it or have any tips or tricks?  I tried it tonight for the first time and it was really painful on my arm, to the point where I couldn't try it more than twice.  Any prerequisites needed?

    Thanks!

So I watched and stop motioned it.  Look at how reversely extended her shoulders are…..it is ridiculous and I only know a few people who can contort their shoulders like that.  That said:

I would try elbow hold aerial windmills first.  Well, any aerial windmill.  I know there was a tutorial or discussion on how to get into ballerina that way but I am too tired to go searching for it tonight.  Get the windmill to ballerina/pretzel or whatever that is first. I would probably next work on that elbow/behind back grip and being able to hold your body weight just in that grip.  Then baby step it….elbow grip to windmill, then add the foot reach around.

the only part of that move i can't do is to put my outside arm behind my back. i'm still at the point where i have to leave my outside arm on the pole. have you tried that variation of it? I would try and master that first. then when thats mastered, try the variation where you grab your foot over head with your outside arm. then when you have mastered that, see if you can get both arms behind your back.
