Hi, Iv just got my new pole and ready to learn pole dancing, I must say i didnt expect it to be easy but ive ripped my hands to shreds lol https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif, but its soo much fun. I suppose the best thing to do is keep going, looking forward to getting tips and sharing my progress.

Hey Natz! Welcome to the site and congrats on the new pole! I remember when I first started thinking that this was gonna be easy….yeah right! It is def way harder than it looks!
