Hi Everyone!
I have been on the pole for a couple years now, been in advanced class for almost a year. We just had a recital and I gained so muc confidence after that! I had the biggest fear of inverting for awhile, then all of a sudden I mastered the scorpio so I did that in my routine. some of my classmates have done the plank and layback, I tried it but I just can't get upsidedown with gripping my legs just yet. Any suggestions on how to get there?
