  Hi From Fort McMurray Alberta

  Hey there I have never pole danced before but I always wanted to do it. Literally I can remember being around 7 years old and playing on the support poles in the basement of my dads old house. Im saving up to buy a pole right now and I want a spinning pole that is permanent. Im thinking of getting a platinum stages spinning pole, any reccomendations? I am not extremely fit or anything and I am hoping that when I start I can build up muscle and get stronger as i go. If any one has any tips that would be great! Thanks

  Hello and welcome to the site! My favorite brand of pole is the X pole. The X pert is a great one if you want both static and spin. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif
