Hi from NC!
Hello everyone! I started lurking on this site a couple of months ago, when I started taking pole dance lessons. Growing up I was a competitive gymnast and as an adult have really gotten into yoga – this just seemed like something I would love. Even though I’m still very much a beginner and can’t do a whole lot (yet!), I am so amazed by how strong I am getting. I’ve always been flexible, but building strength and endurance is a challenge for me. I am hooked!
