  Hi from Orange County California!

  I am sooooo very exited to have found this site!!! I took a few pole classes about a year and a half ago after I had my daughter and was a stay at home Mom. Now that I work almost full time, I haven’t had the chance to go back to class. I decided that I am going to learn at home. I have a pole and am having a blast tonight with the video lessons!!! Veena is simply amazing! My husband is doing the spins with me.   Welcome to the site! I too am from sunny so cal…Inland Empire though. That’s what about 45 minutes away. You will love Veena’s lessons. I cannot afford to take lessons at my local studio and rely on Veena and all the other girls here to help me learn!

  Haha! Me too! I just posted my first video about a month or so ago (after 7 months of dancing). It was so scary! I dont know why but it gets all the insecurities flowing. During the video I was so frickin nervous and trying to bunch in everything I knew (which I didnt cause i kept thinking too much and forgetting what i wanted to do). But after I got over that first hurtle I post vids like every week now. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

  Take your time. Try taking some practice vids and see what you look like on film…. Get some feedback from your hubby and post whenever you are comfortable. Dont feel rushed https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
