    Hello Veeners!

So yesterday night I was practicing, ay at the end of my session I attempted to the Twisted Ballerina…and I felt a sharp pain right in the back of my hips, on the side where you are twisted around the pole. After that, I noticed that the pain was still there anytime I tried to bend my back backwards. The pain shoot right to my left leg and makes it feel kinda instable. Back bands, no way. I went to sleep taking two aspirin but the pain is still there this morning…

My fear is that I somehow squished my sciatic nerve.

Does anyone had something like that happening?

Rest your back! Take some Robaxacet & epsom salts.

Thank you Peggy I will, but I will also go to the Chiropractor today because I'm pretty sure it's my sciatic nerve. It have been pinched few times in the past and I'm pretty sure is that. It's one of my weak point.

Sounds like it could be sciatica.  I also pinched something a couple weeks ao and some back twists focussing on my hips helped.

I've had sciatica twice and it really isn't so bad once you start treament.  I know it's awful and scary when it happens! Three accupuncture visits and I was perfect (both times).

Thanks for the advises, and most of all, to calm me down, cause this morning I was quite scared. Chiropractor soon, and a lot of positivity: is going to be ok 🙂
