Hips in Iron X
Hi everyone. I started training my iron X a month ago and was told in a workshop I attended recently that I should lower down into my iron X with my hips slightly pelvic tilted in. I have been practicing it with my hips neutral or slightly arched back. The studio I attend teaches us to lower down sideways like in a extended butterfly rather than lowering down with legs forward in an ayasha. I’m almost horizontal now in my iron X lowering down in an extended butterfly position but cant hold it yet when I am down horizontally in that position. My legs just plops down. But I have only started a month ago. Any tips?
