My name’s Novadog and I’m from Scotland. Been poling for about two months now. Still at beginner level, working on my sit (can do it but it’s excrutiating) cross ankle release, and invert – having real trouble with this, always seem to get my legs caught inbetween my knees and can’t grab the pole – where you slide down into a press up (you get what I mean don’t you?)
I’ve never had so many bruises on the back of my legs, my blokie says it looks like we’ve been doing it ‘whale style’ – taking runs at each other from miles away and then slamming together. Not an image I’m sure you want but that’s the best way to describe it.
