Hollow back issues while in handstand
Hi all,
Just curious if anyone has any advice out there in regards to an issue I’m having.
I have been taking a handstand class at my local circus school so I have been doing hallow back drills and creating the muscle memory. Concept is easy when I’m standing right side up or on the ground doing drills. However, when I actually handstand I have a major arch in my lower back (lower back is quite flexible ). If I think about it, I can usually correct it. However, I can’t seem to keep that position when I kick up so moving away from a wall to an open space is concerning.
Anyone have any suggestions?
