Holly Drop?
So I have mistakenly been calling Superman Fall a Holly Drop for some reason and now I can’t for the life of me find much at all on the ‘Holly Drop’. I can see it’s from a gemini hook transition move that most people on Youtube take from a kneehold and Karol takes from a Hummingbird. It kind of looks like half spinning scorpio (with the twisting) half gemini to scorpio switch (with the start and end). I’d like to see it slower and are there tutorials? Has Veena done a lesson on it? I can’t find any discussion on it here when I search. I guess it might just be something I’ve got to do to understand. Anyone got this move and have pointers?

Perhaps Karol will grant you a YT tutorial if she doesn’t already have one. She makes that move look so crazy awesome. I’m pretty sure she has one for the superman fall…did you check her yt out?

I think I worked it out in practice. Thanks, ladies! I am still using my hands though, which I am not sure about! I have been watching one of Karol’s vids over and over trying to see how it’s done.
