Hooping?
Ive seen a few people on here say hula hooping is a good cardio workout? I’m about 5’4" and just over 160 lbs. I used to be around 140 but I picked up on my boyfriends eating habits https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif lucky me. So anyways I need something that will be fun for me to do. If I feel like im exercising I wont keep it up. I was on hoopnotica and they have a hoop and dvd for 50 bucks. Would this be worth trying?
