Oakmama you got rid of the ash by using the concoction right before you pole or do you use it everyday after showering? Getting rid of the ash would be HUGE for me…lol. As for the knee pit grip, it’s hard, but I do have one tip: SQUEEZE THE BOOTY LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! It makes you push your hips forward and it helps a lot. I have a bit of trouble remembering so I sometimes ask my teacher to say it loud while I’m trying to do any type of knee grip. Try it 😉

Hey Vdub…ive been using it everyday..I just spray it on after my shower…If im planning on poling later in the day I don’t use anything else on my skin. Do not put this on right before you pole or you will slip. This needs to be absorbed in your skin! Also I think it helps cut down on the ash over time..dry skin needs to absorb moisture. I also will be making my own sugar scrub.of brown sugar, vitamin e oil and olive oil..that should help with the dryness too..Thanks for the knee pit tip…I will try that and let you know if that helps out..it does help when i do that in my plank..so Ill try it.
