How much training do you all do per week?

oh and I try to get in some personal pole/freedance time in as well!

right now, i’m poling 4.5 hours a week at the studio (three hours of an intermediate/advanced class, and an hour and a half of a dance routine/fluidity class), 1.5 hours of chair dance at the studio, plus i go to different types of yoga a few days a week (often hot/power yoga, but sometimes aerial, restorative, or straight up vinyasa). i try to stretch at home as well — split stretches especially, because it’s a goal of mine to get my splits this year!
i took a break on running over the winter (it’s been a rough winter in chicago, and i can’t stand the treadmill), but i plan on getting out there once we get out of the polar vortex for good… i’m running a half marathon in august, so i need to start training for that! 🙂
i’ve been poling for about 14 months now, exclusively at a studio. if i had a pole at home, i have a feeling my hours on the pole would increase drastically!
