How often should I stretch
I'm confused…Veena says on her lessons you should only stretch and rain for flexibility 1-3 times per week, but on the forum I see people saying they will be practising daily to reach their splits and I have also heard before that stretching needs to be maintained every day for flexibility to be reached.
Is it just a full flexibility session that is not suitable? Maybe some daily light stretches are okay? I have a yoga dvd that I am trying to do daily at the moment, but I realy want to get my splits down, so want to practice daily split stretches as well…..
Any advice?
