Hula Hoop-eriffic!
Wow, how did Veena become a professional hula hoop artist in such little time? (I’ve been watching the new pole & hoop video recently posted http://ver3.studioveena.com/lessons/view/2448)
Well, I’m so impressed.. I have a weighted hula hoop in my garage that I should probably crack out now!! But no space to swing it around.. perhaps hula hooping out in the snow? Brr… -

I actually was into hooping for a little bit (have a hoop, too) but right now there isn’t much room, and I’m not very good at it. However, my research brought up the interesting topic of weighted hoops. Some people like them a lot, and some really don’t. I’ve even heard a lot of people talking about getting really bad bruises on their midsection from them! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif Also, depending on the size of the hoop, you might find one that’s weighted harder.
