Well, I had my first REALLY BAD accident with the pole.  I SMASHED into the pole with my knee while going full force.  I fell to the ground and I couldn't even catch my breath for about 15 minutes because it hurt so much.  It took me almost 45 minutes before I could even get up.  I've been icing it all day.  Now it is 15 hours later, and if I don't move it, it isn't too bad but even the slightest bend will cause a horrible pain that has me in tears and it will last for 5 – 10 minutes.  I have an extremely high tolerance for pain so if I am saying it hurts, that is saying a LOT!!!   There is a pretty good size lump on my knee too.  Hubby wants me to go into the ER but I don't want to spend my day there, (besides, it costs and arm and a leg to go to the ER).  If it is still bad on Tuesday, I guess I'll go see my doctor.   I really hope I didn't mess up my knee too badhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif.  I want to get back on my pole!  (Although I am a little frightened to get back on)

If it's muscles, they can be a horrible pain.  I once pulled a muscle in my  back and thought I was gonna DIE (and I'm used to back pain).  I could barely even get up and down off the pot!!  It was that bad.. BuT… (with pain pill help) in a few days it was okay.

I DID go to dr. and got the pain pills (and the reassurance that I was gonna LIVE and hadn't done anything permanent.)

Hope you get to feelin better.  Let us know what happens!
