Hi everyone I’m like completely new to this pole dancing I’m only 19, I’m from Missouri and I go to college at UCM. I would like to take pole dancing as a hobby, it is a new thing for starting out on a new life. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I have just moved out of my parents not so long ago, and my life has taken many turns so far. Let’s just say being out of the house is giving me more freedom and more choices, and this is one of the choices that I won’t let pass, I wanna learn how to pole dance. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif so if anyone has any tips for me I would love to hear them.

hello! there is so much to say about pole to newbies my suggestion would be to research this site! you will find many threads about pole choices, proper form, and i know veena’s lessons are jam packed with important info and could be helpful even if you take classes at a studio.

i do think a good piece of advice would be to start working on your strength with non pole moves like push ups, reverse crunches, etc. improving your core strength will really help you on your pole journey
