I Cannot Point My Toes To Save My Life!

Hmm, I don’t know of any free videos for toe point, but one important aspect for pretty feet is to point from the foot. As in extend from the ankle, then point the toes.

Also stretch the front of the foot. I like to stay in a lunge, but instead of flexing the back foot, I point it. That will give you a good stretch.

Ballet videos really helped me a lot as well as drawing the alphabet with my toes legs crossed. Those 2 things combined really assisted with foot articulation and allowed me to have a much improved point. I did dance when I was younger however it’s been over a decade. Be patient and consistent. Hope this helps!
