It’s not every day you get to meet a pole master.
Let alone MASTER OF SPIN. I can’t even watch her videos unless I have an empty stomach.

AND she 10x’s more impressive in person.
She was patient with us and very blunt. I like her as a trainer and have just emailed to set up lessons. Q, you are more than welcome to join me anytime.
The pole there was awful! it was soooo cold and really old so there was little grip. I was working on Shadows signature spin – btw how cool is it that she freely taught it to me??? – and by the time I was there in it I was on the ground.
Q and I also got solicited to work there too!!!!! HAHAH!!!!
