I can’t view anyone’s videos.

Hi Webmaster, I’ve tried everything I can on my end. Different browsers, new browsers, checking extensions and plugins, running scans and troubleshooting. I have no plugins and no extensions. I’m running Google Chrome, and tried it in Internet Explorer too. When I google search for the error there really isn’t any help. I don’t know what else to do? I am very frustrated to have paid for lessons and not being able to view them for some reason.

You may want to try running a virus scan. Something on your computer or network is modifying something on your side in order to get this error.
