AJ here (Annette) from Australia,
I have been doing Pole Dancing, mainly for fitness, at a local studio for about 8 weeks and have just bought a Pole for my house. I’m still not real good yet – I have problems with wrist and shoulder strength at the moment but I’m hoping to use the videos from Veena to give me a few tips on how to do that.
