I might get the chance to teach the basics!!
I saw a posting on craigslist from someone who owns a yoga studio close to where I live who is looking to add a beginner exotic dance course to her roster. I was nervous about it, but glitterhips basically said "why are you nervous?! nothing bad can come from checking it out! just write her back!"

I emailed her back, explaining that I am an intermediate poler who also practices some floor/chair/wall/lap dance/exotic dance stuff, that I had just graduated from college and would love to be involved. But, that if I wasn’t what she was looking for, to keep me posted as the course/her studio develops because there’s literally nothing in the way of pole studio space where I live. She said she was looking for a current/ex stripper, but also someone professional. When she wrote me back she said she liked my credentials even better! So she wants to meet up with me sometime next week and talk over some ideas! I’ve really made progress with my sexy stuff in the past couple months, so I feel pretty good about this!
I would just be teaching some beginner stuff, but that’s perfect because that’s really all she’s looking for at the moment and it’s what I could safely teach. Just some basic sultry pole/lap/exotic stuff for women to have fun with at home. Plus if she puts some poles in I would have studio space to go to!! Yay good for you! My love is really the beginning student…The basics are so very important, once you have those down it all builds on itself. Thank you so much!! She wants it to be an exotic dance course, so I think I want to do fun sessions like basic pole work, sexy walks and turns and a few basic spins and climbs, maybe a ckr/car, just the things I have really mastered myself and can effortlessly use in my dancing, and combine that with a little striptease, lots of floor and chair and lapdance moves! And break up each lesson with a good at least 5 minute warmup and a 5 minute cooldown with another 5-10 minutes of deep stretching at the end. I have "The Genius of Flexibility" so I want to teach a few partnered stretches too…I spent years stretching for the splits the conventional way and now can pretty much drop to a center split thanks to bob LOL. So I am definitely excited for a chance to get paid to be sexy, and not in a way that involves people chucking change at my head hahaha. I just def want to put a good stretching component in there because I know how frustrating it is when what’s holding you back from a move looking really good is just not having the range of motion.
But I def am not going to broadcast myself as an expert, just a normal person who changed their life with exercise and sexiness (and you can, too!) Can’t you just hear the sales pitch? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
