Ideas for a doubles routine ending?
Hey guys, I’m doing a doubles routine performed on 45mm x stage lites, the ending of the song is quite punchy and I want the ending to be that way. If we could end in a double move then great, I was looking at double drops but I’m not sure we could get the height or the stability on a stage for that. Any one have any ideas? Thanks

I ended one in a double inside leg hang. What I think would be cool and a little risque is a jade bottom and a chopstix drop top. I saw Pantera do a death lay with a person as the counter weight doing chopper, however the mechanics of this are tricky due to the weight distribution. One preson either seated or in a lag hang with the other doing a shopper is also usually quite impressive and can have a pop if timed correctly.

Thanks for the suggestion chem, we’re doing that move already in the routine 🙂 I love the jade chopsticks but as you say a bit risky may not be able to pull it off on the night! I had seen a doubles video posted on here which I love but tried it on a stage and not enough room it’s where top person sits and then holds foot and hand and the other drops. That’s was great and punchy but not enough room.

Have you watched any of Gravity Plays Favorites videos? If not I would highy suggest it for ideas. They almost always perform on a stage pole.
