If you don’t have our lessons why?

I’ve not found any issues using the lessons from my iPhone. In fact, I haven’t accessed SV even once from my laptop, I think. I’m not sure I even know what the desktop version looks like. LOL!!
I load the videos on my phone and move it around the floor/room even during exercises to put it where I can see it while I’m doing an exercise.
I love that I can use it from my phone. 🙂

I just bought a full membership this past week! I had to find a way around our limited internet package at home, so I too just play videos off of my phone that has an unlimited data plan… Connected to our tv! My husband bought an hdmi cable and an extension that connects to my iPhone, and VOILA! Lessons on the big screen 🙂
Webby & Veena, I would like to know if there’s a setting where you can select several videos to play one after the other. As it is, my workouts are stop and go because once I finish one video I have go go back to the menu, scroll through the list from the top, select the next one I want to do, wait for it to load, learn that move, and repeat. I’ve been training since April so I’m mostly reviewing and polishing moves I’ve already learned in class, but your instructional videos are so concise that I can probably learn pretty quickly with moves I’ve not yet done.

It’s not you, it’s me. 😉 I had wanted the lessons for a long time, but I’ve only recently had the time to commit to doing them daily. I can’t recall even using the trial. I don’t think I knew about it until after I had already had a free account for a couple years, so I thought my chance was long gone anyhow. I got lucky and hit a sale, and even though my money was tight at the time, I decided “eff it, I deserve to do something for me for a change!” I regret nothing! 😀
I do have a question about other ways of supporting the site. Is there any SV merch like tshirts or something so we can represent when we’re out and about?

I can use my phone but the position and location would be to small to see anything properly if I was trying to do as i was watching. I would like to be able to use my xbox or something on my tv.

Glad to help…
I also wanted to add something I just realized.. I said that I hesitate to spend money on things I can’t physically hold, and it’s true…. But it applies doubly for things on the internet.
For a long time I just had the expectation that content on the internet should be free. It’s just a crappy mindset I’m trying to break out of. But I was introduced to the internet in the time of Napster and torrents. The internet was like Wild West. There were no rules. Everything was pirated and everything was free and that was pretty much the norm.
The new norm is good. Morally I agree with it very much and I don’t pirate things. But I also have trouble spending money on internet conten… It’s taking me a while to adjust to spending money on iTunes, Rdio (it’s like Spotify), Netflix and SV.. But I’m happy I have all of them (well actually I think we don’t use Netflix much, but you get the point).
Hope that makes some sense.

I’m on a strict budget. Your prices are totally reasonable. I just cannot spend money.

MsAnthrope, yes we do have Merch, we don’t have a link on the site anymore, but the store is still up if you’re interested. http://studioveena2.spreadshirt.com

OMG I didn’t know you had SV phone cases!! Wish there was one for my Galaxy Note 3!

Oh I love the shorts with upside down writing.
They are labelled as underwear; what’s the crotch coverage like as dance shorts? Has anyone worn them to pole jam in? -
I’ve lurked around a lot wondering whether or not to get your lessons. The main reason why I don’t is because, like others have also said, I feel like I can already do a lot of the moves the lessons cover. There are a lot of pole studios where I am so there’s lots of places for me to learn in an actual class.
I’d be enticed to buy lessons if I knew what other new moves or unusual transitions/combos Veena was planning to release lessons for. Is there a “Coming Soon” list of that somewhere? 🙂 Otherwise, I think the site is awesome – love the community, support, the forums and videos. Such a great resource!

I am currently not registered to any paying website
i would register if there was combos of more advanced moves example the veena tumble step by step ect
i feel like we went all over the basics, we growed with this website and after weve done everything, we want to keep going forward
ive always suported SV , i would rather give my money here than anywhere else
also i feel the marketing of other website offering online classes is very agressive and they offer longer tutotorials with the stars of pole, advertise all over facebook, ect
Maybe a deal with current pole fitness schools could be an idea, one day or another, students grow up and give up the studio, a referal program could be established kind of thing

I second getting a notification that my subscription will be running out shortly! It always comes as a bit of a shock when suddenly I can’t access the lessons anymore.

another suggestion would be to pay a certain amount per tricks ex : 5$ for 5 tricks for those who dont want to enroll
