I felt compelled to share this because I watch this video several times a week (okay, maybe everyday…) It's not the best video quality but it's one of my favorite performances from Jenyne Butterfly. Maybe it's because it's so intimate, or maybe it's because she's just so mezmerizing…You might have seen it before but it's so worth multiple viewingshttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

If I figure it out I'll show you. But it looks like a pole straight leg sit, then she elbow grips behind her going into an inverted back hook and brass monkey it down? LOL its so fast but it looks cool. 🙂

There was talk about that on this forum quite a while back. Veena even does it in one of her videos. Try searching cartwheel dismount. It was over a year ago.

I <3 Jenyne's vids! She is a freaking awesome athlete. I covet her abs! That was a great video, so controlled and fluid!

So amazing and inspriring! Long way to go but just a little show that all the hard work that goes into it is totally worth it. Thank you for sharing, now I am all over youtube watching vids of her haha

I love this and I love the song, Jenyne is so amazing. I wish I had long swooshy hair like that.

I've been growing out my hair for almost a year now (I work at a hair salon, so it is REALLY hard to avoid cutting and coloring my hair!!!) and I'm now considering getting some extensions to wear when I'm teaching pole parties! If anyone has details on the Jessica Simpson Hairdo line, hit me up! I'm considering the 20in curly clip ins.
