My 48 year old dad has been doing Insanity for about a year now. If he can get through it so can you. Its not called Insanity cause its easy!

I have it. Once you get started you adapt to it. For some reason, I always found the fit test to be the hardest but its fun to see your progress

I tried insanity and gave it up after a week! So difficult for me! I hope you do better!! Good luck!!

I'm doing it now! After the first 2 days my legs were so cramped I had to take a day off. But it's getting better! I can make it through the entire video without skipping to the stretch at the end which I wasn't able to at the beginning (my cardio is pretty crap). Although I'm the first to admit my form totally sucks and I'll sub in exercises to cover the ones my body strongly dissagrees with. For me, it's more about sweating a lot than perfect form to get abs.
Also I am developing an irrational hatred of some of the people in the videos…. lol I guess it's my coping mechanism!

Lol I made his post and then lost it. I’m new to using the site. I ended up stoping because I went out of town, but I plan to start back up soon and get serious about it. Hopefully I can keep it up this time!

I first tried Insanity about 2 years ago but never finished. Then I tried again a year ago, and never finished. 4 months ago, I started up Insanity again & was really really determined to finish it this time because the last week would coincide with the week before my spring break (so I would be in good shape lol!) and I actually finished it! Finishing it wasn't easy…there were 2 times when I majorly wanted to give up but my friends pushed me through.
After I finished Insanity, I was like…now what should I do to work out? That's when I conveniently discovered pole fitness (:

Insanity is a 60 days. You guys should try it! Yes, it is a challenge, but it's worth it. I didn't really lose weight doing it but that was because I didn't change my diet. And although I didn't lose weight, my arms lost a lot of its underarm fat & my abs got defined, enough for my roommates to notice.

Hmmm, 60 days and you get stronger… Tell me more.. I trust you guys cuz I know your not some seller on a random chat board hyping it up lol

Yeah, it’s pretty hard, but I like a challenge. I just need to get started now…I’m the worlds best procrastinator haha. I was going to start last night but i have an interview today so I didn’t want to be too sore to walk lol. I’m not really doing it to lose weight, whatvibreally want to do is tone up and gain strength.
