Invert tuck update
My invert improved a lot after strength training. But I’m still not satisfied. Am i leaning back too early? My body is parallel to the ground while I have to tilt back much more. How do I get this done? Is this a matter of better holding onto the pole and not letting my arms hang too quickly? Maybe build up more strength in my arms? I also notice that I only throw my hips up when I have my foot on the pole. I also noticed that I need to keep my shoulders more back and down. I posted the video on my profile! Even though it doesn’t look perfect yet it looks much better then before. I will post the video of my first tuck invert and now 🙂
