Alright…I think my straight edge is finally strong enough for me to try to tackle this move but I don’t know where to start, when I try to do it I look like I’m having a seizure, not pretty!!!!!!! I had trouble with the upright/split grip body wave too because I couldn’t really get the hang of the undulating motion and I’m having the same problem this time, I always thought it would be easier to do the wave part than to actually hold myself up to do the wave but that is not the case! Any tips/tricks to help with this? I think it might just come down to practicing it over and over but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas that might speed up this process for me a little bit. Thanks guys https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

with this one– you have to keep your feet in the same place (look up at your feet and make sure they don’t move) and undulate JUST from the hips. to practice– go into a shoulder stand (http://michael4reiki.com/images/shoulder_stand.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) and work on moving just the hips and keeping your feet still. if you undulate through your legs you will knock yourself off balance. good luck! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif this is a tough one.

Glitter…I’ll be making a lesson for inverted body waves, but I don’t think it will be for awhile. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif For now this is what helped me…. I don’t only move my midsection, to make it look more dramatic roll the motion all the way though to the knees. This works for the upright body wave hold as well. Keep the legs together and start by pushing the hips back pull them forward and follow through down to the knee. Keep the knees soft and don’t bend them too much, just a little. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif Its so hard to explain on paper or should I say screen…..
