OMG So bummed right now!! Has anyone here put up a 12ft 2'  Xpole b4? I have the 10 inch extension, but it says in the manual not to use the 180 x- joint for over 5 inches. One pole piece is already damaged. Gosh i needed these up today >:-(

I have a 10" extension and used a 180 x-joint on it–even though it says not to in the manual, the diagram that i printed off their website says to use a 180 with it.

However…my ceilings are 10', so I can't help WRT the 12' ceilings…..sorry.  I hope you can get it sorted soon.

I believe you are suppose to use the  200mm X joint with that.   If in doubt, call or email Xpole USA.

yes, you'll definitely want to call. i called and checked, and they say in the pole extension printout to call them for ceilings over 11'.  Good luck!

    My pole is 12 feet – This is how mine is set up –  I use pole A & B (connected with a 200mm x-joint), 1000mm extension(attached to pole B with a 200mm x-joint), & the 250mm (10 inch extention piece) which is attached to 1000mm with the 180mm x-joint.

    I hope this helps!
