Is there another name for the Catapult?

I learned it as catapult from a grounded Cupid. You have to get that shoulder around the pole, and it IS a bit scary higher up….because once you place that bottom hand in gun finger position and start taking your chest down? You have to commit.

I’m pretty sure it was Felix who inspired me on this oneTwisted grip on the hand under the knee allows the shoulder to slide through the gap more easily. Don’t stretch the bottom hand too low, so you can use it to give you some space, and throw the pole behind your head.
