    Hey Peter,

I think the issue is browser related. Just now I was able to successfully send through a request for iTac2 samples using Internet explorer – a second attempt in Mozilla Firefox showed the error message again. This would be useful info to pass on the techs =)

Ladies, try using Internet Explorer to request a sample! If you were using a browser other than the ones mentioned above, let Peter know so he can pass the info along to their techs if need be!

I'm excited =D Hopefully a powerful new grip will help me with those funny upside down moves everyone loves so much!

yes I think it is the browser, I just did the same thing and after filling out the request I got a big bupkis three times in a row…some error or something with PHP whatever that is.

is there another way to request the samples?

    Hey PennyGirl,

Read my above post – did you try it in Internet Explorer as well?

Thanks  Ekinkah, appreciate your help. BTW I received your request and will get some samples out to you next week.

Have a great weekend everyone, I'm off to LA 1st thing tomorrow morning for "Pole Show LA" where iTac2 is the exclusive grip sponsor – should be a fantastic event.

Use level 2.  I've noticed no difference between 2 and 4, and quite frankly, preferred level 2.  Use it every day.

Just to update anyone who's interested.

I got my free samples as promised by Peter. Not only did he let me sample one level but because I had no experience with grip aids he gave some level 2 and level 4. Excellent customer care I must say! That already impressed me to find a company so eager and generous about their product.

Anyway I tried both of them and they are AMAZING! I actually cannot believe how it feels to not slip off after two spins. I could stay upside down far longer and work on inverted moves far more confidently. I am amazed by how much my slippy grip must have been holding me back. This stuff is freakin' excellent.

I will definitely be ordering some myself.

Thank you Peter and Itac 2! Much appreciated.

    polefairy,

I adore this product too and I'm glad you feel successful with it!  I think a majority of people do.

That's awesome! I'm so excited, I can't wait for mine to get here!

How long did it take for your sample to arrive? I have been waiting almost three weeks!

My instructor told me that after a while (like, a few routines), poles that have had dancers using itac2 on them become slippery – and thus, it was banned in competitions. Has anyone heard anything about this? I'm very curious.

Does it come easily off the pole when it is wiped with metholated spirits?

This thread reminded me to order some samples.  Im almost low on dry hands but I like the way Itac feels.  I also have a few postcards around the house with Karol and  Alethea on them as a friendly reminder to order Itac.

I still remember the day I tried out itac.  I used it on my inner thighs, I went to wrap my legs around and I COULDNT MOVE!  I was locked in, I was not going anywhere.  I was in love!

I keep slipping on my chrome pole, so I'm thinking of trying some itac2
Does anyone know what the difference is between these 2 products? I get the feeling it's just packaging difference aimed at different consumer groups, but I thought I'd ask first. Ta! :3
