I ordered mine right after it was released and didn't get it for six months. Then I moved … so I lost any hope of ever getting it. I'm not willing to pay AGAIN to try and get it 🙁

I noticed that JK's DVD is affiliated with another dancer who put out a DVD that lots of people here had problems with. Both vids are from 'Pole Cat Power'. This was about a year or so ago. There were problems with major lack of communication as well as delays. It's such a shame as both ladies are very talented and have a lot to offer.

Just read back through the thread and realized that this discussion was already had – about a year ago. LOL. Guess things haven't changed with the production company or the people behind it….Must have been quite the family emergency…

Never received the DVD. Even spoke to JK via email and she even mentioned she was aware of delivery problems as well. Not her making by the way. Had to complete a charge back of the credit card used after repeated unanswered emails to DVD production company. Sad I had to travel down that road.

I think it is really unprofessional 2 allow your name 2 b associated with what is apparently such consistently bad customer service. Ordered the dvd about 3 months ago. Never received it. The part I think is so shady is JK can’t even bother herself 2 send even 1 reply 2 my e-mails. There’s no excuse 4 that except that she just wants your $. If u order the dvd u may as well have just thrown your $ out the window. What a scam!

I orederd mine in late May since I heard it was awesome. I have still not received it. It did say please wait 6-8 weeks for shipment. I emailed them last week asking someone to look into my oreder…..still no reply….it's been atleast 15 weeks…..AND my friend has one which I did NOT copy to be respectful and pay people their money….well I paid!
