    sorry i have not been updating but i am now on day 12, level 2, and i have to say, i hate JM but i love the way she makes me feel. dang you should see my legs in person, just from doing the JM 30DS, my legs alone have changed. level 2 is hard, when i did  p90x ( a few months back for a month and a half) i didn't sweat as much as i do now with Jillian in the 27 mins that i work out, i love it!! and i feel awesome.

    abs. i can see abs……………..wow.

    word to the wise however, if your not in "ok" shape before you start, this will be hard to get through, its not easy,  but so worth it!!ei so worth it

    no pain no gain!!!!!!!

    I lost lots of weight with that workout–it is great!!!

    my husband and I do the shred and ripped in 30. Great workouts that don't take a bunch of time to do. We have been doing them a year with sometimes taking a break for a week or so. We vary the workouts and if say he is feeling a bit tired and wants to do workout one, I will do that one with him but I use heavier weights and get deeper into the movements. For sure helped me lose a bunch of butt, thighs and hips.
