Jade on spin exit.
Hi everyone, I just got my jade on spin mode and was wondering your prettiest exit back to the floor? I don’t have time in my choreography to go back to a scorpio prior to coming down. Thanks

There’s always a Jade Drop that takes you right down. Another option is getting both legs back on the pole in outside leg hang/basic invert” position. Then you can use any number of exits. I like to swing around to inverted crucifix and dismount.

Release the hand holding the leg to reach above you, bring the back leg around to the same side as the front leg, and you end up in cradle position, which is easy to get out of.
