    I know this is pretty random, but if you’re looking for a kick-ass at home workout grab a Jilllian Michaels DVD. I read the great reviews on Amazon, so I picked up the No More Troble Zones for 9 bucks at Walmart. Talk about feeling the burn!!! My glutes, quads, hams, biceps, ab and adductors were on fire for days, and I did the warm up and cool down. Also I’m totally out of shape. So far I have only been able to do it once, which was about 5 days ago, and finally today I am totally pain free. I’m gonna do it again today and work my way up to maybe 3 times per wk. I’m sure if I do this workout on the regular basis along with my regular cardio I’ll be able to melt those love handles and saddlebags in NO time. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

    Oh I saw it at Walmart the other day and I was thisclose to pick it up but decided against it, LOL, now I have to go back and get it, what do you need for her workout? weights of any kind? or just yourself?

    For the No More Trouble Zones all you will need is a mat and weights. Jillian uses light weights 3lbs, which is plenty if you’re not use to this type of workout. I tried to use 5lbs, and had to put them down at times. She has another vid in this series called Banish Fat Boost Matabolism and all you need is a mat. Let me know how it works out for you.

    I’m very happy with all of her DVDs that are out. Currently my favorite one is her Yoga Meltdown.

    Before I started pole dancing I was committed to working out every morning (to finally get rid of my freshman 15) either in the gym at my apartments or at home with a video. I did mostly Jillian workout and Oh My Lord could I tell a difference!! Her workouts are intense and effective! I started getting stronger and toning up quite a bit! I definitely would recommend any Jillian workout! I wish I could have her as my very own personal trainer https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_tongue.gif

    Have you tried the 30 Day Shred video she has? It’s incredible!!!! If you really stick with it, you can easily notice a difference in a week. It’s incredibly hard and I literally just had to force myself to move onto Level 3, but it is definitely one amazing workout. Plus, it’s short so it is definitely manageable. That’s really the only video of hers that I’ve tried, but I might have to check out the No More Trouble Zones. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
