Just finished the 30 day take-off!
Hi Veena and everybody! 😊
First I wanna say I loved the 30 day take-off!
But now I’m lost. First time ever touching a pole was when I started the take-off and I don’t have a studio anywere near were I live so I will do and try to learn everything from Veenas videos 😊So I have a few questions, if I do strenght training at the gym 2-3 times a week, when I’m at home and just want to do polemoves is it okay to just warm up and then practice moves? Because I read allot of people saying you should do strengt just right before you do polemoves.
I was thinking maybe doing strenght in the morning and then some light stretching, going to work and when I come home some warm up, polemoves and light stretching, and on restdays do flexibility.
Am I thinking wrong or is this a good plan? 🙈😅
