    Hi Veena and everybody! 😊
First I wanna say I loved the 30 day take-off!
But now I’m lost. First time ever touching a pole was when I started the take-off and I don’t have a studio anywere near were I live so I will do and try to learn everything from Veenas videos 😊

So I have a few questions, if I do strenght training at the gym 2-3 times a week, when I’m at home and just want to do polemoves is it okay to just warm up and then practice moves? Because I read allot of people saying you should do strengt just right before you do polemoves.

I was thinking maybe doing strenght in the morning and then some light stretching, going to work and when I come home some warm up, polemoves and light stretching, and on restdays do flexibility.

Am I thinking wrong or is this a good plan? 🙈😅
And sorry if my english isn’t correct, it’s not my first language 😅😬😘😁

Hi! So glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the take off! Yes, you can just warm up and work on pole moves when you’re at home. Just remember to follow the lessons in order so you know what appropriate for your level 😊

I’m just about to start the take off (still waiting for my pole to arrive), so it’s great to hear other people’s positive experiences with it 😀 I know it kind of sucks not to have a studio or other likeminded people to practice with, but you give me hope that I can get along just fine on my own.

Congrats on finishing and good luck with the rest of your lessons!
