So I am a Newbie and I am just getting started.  I started the strength training videos last night.  Right now I cant even lift my feet off the ground.  Just wondering how long will/should it take before I am able to left, climb spin.

i love this site and the videos

It just depends.  It took me a month….but I was totally unfit and in my mid 40's.  Don't ever give up though, glad I didn't!

Strength comes faster than you think. I'll start trying a new move, but be unable to do it, then the next time I try it I can. The more you practice, the faster it will come, but just makes sure to leave at least a day (sometimes more) in between your pole sessions for you to recover.

It Will take a few weeks to gain strength to start doing beginning spins. Inverts you shouldnt rush into…it wasnt until i was poling 3 months before my instructor introduced Us to The basic invert. Do you have veenas lessons The go In order & you build strength as you learn. I highly recommend veenas lessons

Hi journey2me, It will vary, from person to person. The more consistent you are with your workouts the faster you'll see progress. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
