Just introducing myself
Hi everyone. My name is Rachel and I live in Daytona Beach, FL. The other night my brother-in-law sent me a link to the 2009 USPDF Championship Highlights video as a joke (because I am always talking about how I want to take pole dancing lessons). I was hooked immediately. So, as an early birthday present to myself, I have decided to purchase a pole and go for it. I love to dance. And if there’s a pole at a club, you can probably find me dancing on it. My little sister had a pole installed for her 21st birthday party a few years ago, and big sis here was the first one up on that thing. But I think it’s time to really see what I can push myself to do. And I’m so glad I found this website because you are all amazing and awe-inspiring.

I haven’t actually purchased the pole yet. I need my sister to put it on her credit card (long story, I’ll spare you the details) and she hasn’t called me back yet tonight. But when I do I was going to get a lil mynx (I know I’m in the minority here). Welcome to the site! The girls here are awesome and Veena’s lessons have been a great teaching tool for me! I am also the minority since I have a lil mynx. I had no other choice as I needed a vaulted ceiling pole and lil mynx had it and I love it!
