Just starting out ..
Hello everyone! I just joined Studio Veena and finished day 1 of the 30 day take off and wanted to stop by and say “hi!” I took some classes about 2 years ago and completely fell in love with pole fitness and the positive community around it. Unfortunately I moved to a new area (Southern California) and haven’t been able to go consistently since. I am so excited and happy to see so many people talking to each other on here! As I work from home and pole from home it is nice to see there is a strong community of people who share my interests! Thanks to Veena for putting this site together!!

Hi Nessy118! So far so good! I am on day 6 today and really excited to do this set after my son goes to sleep tonight! I had just finished P90X3 Lean program, took a few days off in between, and then started the 30 day take off. It has been interesting getting used to the flow of every other day being rejuvenation (vs one to two days a week) and not knowing how long each day’s activities will take. I look forward to the next 24 days of activities!
