  • Keep getting signed out?

    Recently, I've been getting signed out of my account and I have to sign back in every 2 or 3 times I visit the site on my laptop. This never used to happen, and it's not a big problem or anything, just more of an annoyance. I have always had the "keep me signed in" box checked… Has this happened to anyone else?

    I have had the same issue recently on my desktop using chrome and firefox. Not so much on my phone.

    I kept getting signed out when using safari, so I switched to chrome and it stopped. 😕

    It happened to me after I cleared all my cookies (safari also). I was able to stay signed on to all other sites except this one. I messaged Webmaster who said he was already doing maintenance that should resolve it (or something along those lines. It was a while back so I can't remember exactly ) Since then I get logged out occasionally but definitely not as frequently. However before I cleared the cookies I don't think I ever got logged out. The weird thing is everything went back to normal with other sites. Not sure if it could be that I had somewhat recently switched to mac lion from mac's other version of safari. Maybe something has changed in safari that's not compatible with this site anymore?? idk

    It’s been happening to me quite often. I fact It happened as recent as posring this reply. What is the fix?

    Happens to me too, all the time. I cant see a link from a post, to another post, without having to sign in, and then when I do that, it goes to the timeline, and not the link.

    I'm still having this issue too. Very frustrating. I can't view any of the videos anymore. It's exhausting having to put in my username and password for every link I click on with this site. 🙁

    Same here, when I click on a link from my email I have to sign in ,(even though If I go to website direct I am already signed in)  then it takes me to home page not the link. Then I have to go back to my email and find the name of what I want to find, to manually search aarrgggh

    This is a known issue that I'm working on as I have time.  What we know so far is that there seems to be some large policy changes in the functionality of browsers and email clients.  This happens to me on other sites where it didn't used to as well.

    FWIW, I sometimes have to log in twice when I use our tablet to access StudioVeena. It'll be the same issue as on my laptop (direct links and email links will prompt me to log in again) but I actually have to submit the login form twice on the tablet before it works. Something must not be sticking. It's running Android 4.2.1.

    I read webmaster's reply, but still want to post that it signs me out all the times too. With IPad, it seems to work. But with laptop, wanted to view a video, it asked me to log in. Logged in. It brought me to Home. Clicked Videos and viewed one video. It asked me to log in. Logged in. Clicked one video. It showed:

     

    No data received

    Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
